CranioScaral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hand-on method of enhancing the body's own healing capabilities. This light-touch therapy is used to detect and correct imbalances in the Craniosacral system, which may cause sensory, motor, mental and/or emotional dysfunction. The Craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull-which make up the cranium-down to the sacrum or tailbone area.
CranioSacral Therapy can assist in alleviating a range of illnesses, pain and dysfunction including headaches, neck and back issues, ADHD, seizures, learning difficulties, emotional challenges, TMJ, colic, digestive issues, general stress/tension and much more.
CranioSacral Therapy helps relieve excess tension and restricted motion in both bones and membranes, often restoring impaired nervous tissue function. The result of this is to enhance the movement of fluids throughout the central nervous system and its related structures and systems.
CranioSacral Therapy is performed on a person fully clothed. Using a light touch generally no more than the weight of a nickel the practitioner monitors the rhythm of the craniosacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. The therapist then uses delicate manual techniques to release those problem areas. The craniosacral system extends from the bones of the skull, face, and mouth, which make up the cranium, down to the sacrum, or tailbone area.

Chan-Ri Therapy
A technique that incorporates the use of the pendulum, aura/chakra clearing and balancing, tarot or soul cards, plus channeled messages and images as well as hands on body work such as Cranio Sacral therapy and or Reiki. It is a service that provides the clearing of emotional pain from your body through the use of dialog. It helps rejuvenate your soul and brings balance to your life by clearing obstacles that may be blocking your life purpose.
Reiki Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese healing art that is gaining worldwide popularity. What makes Reiki unique is that it incorporates elements of just about every other alternative healing practice, such as spiritual healing, auras, crystals, chakra balancing, meditation, aromatherapy, naturopathy, and homeopathy.
Reiki involves the transfer of energy from practitioner to patient and claims to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. Reiki utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy within the body. It is a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.
The laying of hands is used in Reiki therapy as in other spiritual healing. There is a difference though. In spiritual healing, a person with a strong energy field places his or her hands above a particular part of the recipient's body in order to release energy into it. The healer, in most forms of energy work is the one who is sending out the energy. In Reiki, however, the healer places the hands above the recipient. It is the recipient that draws the energy as needed. The individual being healed has to take an active part in the healing process. The individual takes responsibility for his or her healing.

Intuitive Bodywork
Intuitive Bodywork is a form of bodywork that allows the therapist to follow their intuition, as to where the clients mind, body and spirit need to be harmonized and balanced. The therapist may integrate a variety of modalities including Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Chan-Ri to create the greatest avenue of healing. Essentially, allowing the spirit to lead and the body and soul to follow.
Massage Therapy
We offer a variety of massage techniques from relaxation massage such as Swedish Massage or Esalen Massage to body restructuring with Body Somatics. We also offer couples massage in which two people have simutaneous massages in the same room, experiencing the same relaxing atmosphere.
Dual Session Therapy
You choose any one or two of your favorite modalities and have two therapists working on you at the same time! Get quicker and greater results from having two sessions wrapped into one.
Past Life Regression
By discovering the underlying cause of trauma which carries over into the present life, Past Life Regression can be used to resolve a whole range of emotional, psychological or psychosomatic problems. And because our life mission becomes more apparent, PLR can also be used for spiritual revitalization.
In our sessions we use a light hypnosis trance to regress clients into their past lives. Most PLR experiences contain some historical details. Occasionally subjects become aware of names, dates and places that can be checked.
This is a very inlightening experience that is helpful in understanding current life problems, especially relationship concerns and phobias.
